A live usable template seed world which is a 3D digital representation of the real world location KEIO University Campus (SFC). You can now access and play this level via the still in-development Metaverse software MEs by 株式会社O (O, Ltd.).

My responsibilities on this ambitionous level was to handle the terrain, architectural layout/placement/scale metrics, modeling, materials/textures, shaders and lighting of the entire level. All University building structure assets were constructed using in engine primitives built around low LOD satellite image derived cad data provided by Softbank Corporation. For the main playspace our team was asked to create the central entrance and main open area between the Alpha Omega and Myu campus buildings, including the Subway student lounge. All other edifices are a combination of modularly built high res facades out front but LOD quality low res assets in the outer perimeter areas outside of the project scope. Using a combination of on the ground reference photos, satellite imagery and map data a close to 1:1 replica playable 3D environment was made. MEs is a free to use software currently available on steam and this level can be instanced and created live playable in real time for any user who wishes to try it out.

Tree and grass vegetation assets were just modulars borrowed from the Unreal Marketplace (Brushify base and City Park Environment Packs), and the SFC Campus Twin Liner transportation asset as well as the Mt. Fuji background prop were also purchased but then customized from CG Trader. Remaining perimiter low LOD building assets provided by Softbank. All other primary play space terrain, models, textures, decals and materials for this scene were create from scratch using real world reference. The project took a month to complete during September of 2023
