Madd Dog Bowser 3D Print Remix

For my pops 64th birthday I decided to do this a little different. Out of ideas and out of funds I decided to make something instead. Using a base model STL from Cult3d I decided to make an action figure based on him as a college football player from his old Alma Mater (UVA). In line with his streetball sports playing days it has been given an appropriate name.

I remixed the STL by removing the old head and helmet. Then I went into Zbrush and designed a sculpt of a head on my dads likeness, and also tracked down a more relevant era Football helmet design from sketch fab and re-sealed its geo and thickened the too thin areas to be able to print it out on an Ender 3 V2 that I have borrowed from a friend. Once I made the base prints with minimal loss in detail because of time constraints I had to rush through the post process and polishing to just quickly get to the hand painting part. So some layer lines remain however all in all the paint came out ok, the joint iridium magnets I installed all worked still even after painting and I was very happy the result. Please check it out and I will challenge myself to do more original 3D sculpt to print projects in the future. The entire experience was challenging but fun. All in all the entire time from start to finish was about a week.
