Rocksmith+: Dynamic Interact Guitar Amp w/ Changeable Custom Themes and Surface Shaders

2018-2019 Early development work on Rocksmith+

Created a dynamically interactive AMWT 22 Amp (as well as a Marshall like larger Amp) and applied a node scripted procedural shader for wear and tear as well as dynamically colorable elements. Dials and lighting were also dynamically rigged in object containers (like unreal BPs). With only base tiling UVs, the asset uses 1K tiling textures in combination with vertex alpha masking for designating areas where the tuneable grunge amount is shown on surfaces. All metals, platics and woods except the pickup wires and copper coils were dynamically colorable in Snowdrop engine. A few very one off develeopment shaders are also shown such as a test deisplacement "fur/fuzz" shaders just for testing. All grunge overlay vertex painted "decals" also had scalar parameters for UV tiling scale with a macro and micro size variation.

(Rocksmith unrelated Ubisoft IP themed assets/decals like New Dawn and Rayman were simply internally obtained test graphics for proving out dynamic shader effects and variations with the same base surface shader assets)
