XDefiant - Character Skin Development - Transposing a Theme

An exercise in transposing/converting a skin line theme from one character to another without a concept

In this example I was tasked with reclaiming all the texture and materials I had previously created for making a skin set of a concept for a character/faction that was completely cancelled and transfering that same look at feel to an entirely different character in another faction. During the early days before concept art could keep pace with early skin production a number of times character art staff were requested to create skin texture sets based on the theming/look of others without being provided any actual concept - just to have an idea of the result and allow more room for production side to work a little more independently.

The results of trasnposing that themes design onto cancelled Cleaner Lennon's character model as an art exercise - no concept provided just updating a Lennon model with the smart materials made from the previous skin's setup
